I will be giving a talk on the Forgotten Artist, the story of Evylena Nunn Miller, on Thursday, June 15 at 6:00 PM. This is a wonderful art museum and I am thrilled to be able to tell this delightful story. Come a little early to view the art on display, it will be worth it. I hope to see many of you there!
Saturday, April 29, 2023, the Barnes and Noble Book store in Medford will be hosting this delightful panel of authors at 2:00 PM. We will be discussing the topic; From Novice Writer to Published Author. Of course we will also be talking about our books with questions and hopefully answers asked by our audience. I had a delightful morning on Saturday, October 29th talking about The Forgotten Artist, my great-aunt. The venue was wonderful and the ladies were all so gracious. Our lives have drastically changed due to COVID 19 but wonderful reading as a past time is still with us, perhaps stronger than ever. March is Women’s History Month. As far as I am concerned this is Evylena Nunn Miller’s month. Born on July 4, 1888, she became a great teacher and artist. This was a time when women were to stay at home to raise vegetables and children.
